Previous experience and skillset:

  • Experience of running a small team of app support engineers
  • Demonstrable knowledge and preferably certification in ITIL processes.
  • Experience of service management within a large organisation
  • Required - experience of development in InterSystems HealthShare and HealthConnect with a strong understanding of EMPI, PD, Integration engine and IRIS.
  • Preferable - experience of development with Azure, Microsoft .Net, Ansible, Terraform
  • Experience of application management within Azure environments.
  • Ability to work in an Agile way as part of an Agile team.
  • Nice to have - experience of Jira and/or Azure DevOps
