Overview

We are seeking a Lead AI Data Engineer & Integration Engineer to build enterprise integrations, agentic AI workflows, and scalable data platforms supporting the Agent IQ roadmap.

This role requires a highly technical engineer capable of designing autonomous and semi-autonomous systems that increase operational efficiency across a complex healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise integrations across pharmacy systems.
• Build real-time integrations with:

• Pharmacy Portal
• Create scalable Python microservices and APIs.
• Design multi-agent AI systems.
• Build orchestration frameworks and autonomous workflows.
• Develop and optimize enterprise data pipelines.
• Architect AI-driven operational efficiency solutions.
• Lead technical decisions and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive modernization and automation initiatives.
