Summary: The Lead Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding Agile practices within the organization, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing program deliverables, and aligning strategic business outcomes with program delivery. The coach will also provide training and support to teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile maturity. The position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile at Scale ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), and System Demos.
- Lead quarterly release planning and iterative delivery cycles using Jira and Apptio Target Process.
- Ensure completion of team-level Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide backlog refinement and requirement prioritization with Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs at the team and program level.
- Act as a bridge between delivery teams and business stakeholders.
- Deliver agile coaching and training for delivery teams, SMEs, and business partners.
- Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement efforts across teams.
- Support vendor management activities including resource onboarding/offboarding and performance reviews.

- SAFe Certified professional.

- Knowledge of GxP-regulated projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
