Summary: The Lead AEM Developer will be responsible for overseeing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions within the organization, ensuring best practices and scalability. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to create AEM-driven digital experiences and provide technical leadership to development teams. The position is primarily remote but requires availability during business hours. The candidate will also manage vendor development activities and stay updated with advancements in Adobe Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Adobe AEM solutions, ensuring scalability and best practices.
- Develop and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows to support business needs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define AEM-driven digital experiences.
- Ensure seamless integration between AEM and third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, analytics).
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practice recommendations to development teams.
- Optimize AEM performance, security, and scalability to enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud advancements and recommend innovative solutions.
- Learn and understand A-MAX and other A-MAX brand customer profiles.
- Oversee Vendor development activities.
- 8+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, and Dispatcher.
- Hands-on experience with Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Apache Felix.
- Proficiency in integrating AEM with third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- The ability to travel up to 10%.
