Summary: The role of Lawson Developer COBOL/IPA HR, PR involves developing and maintaining Lawson HCM ERP solutions, particularly in HR and Payroll modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Lawson HCM ERP solutions, focusing on HR and Payroll modules.
- Perform coding, compiling, and testing using Lawson Development Workbench.
- Design and implement Landmark IPA workflows.
- Collaborate with colleagues and user community to brainstorm and resolve issues.
- Provide production support duties and participate in on-call rotations.
- Support project work and Go Live migrations.
- Document solutions and maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as needed.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years programming experience, preferably in Lawson HCM ERP environment.
- 5+ years COBOL development experience (preferably MS-COBOL).
- 3+ years in HCM ERP environment.
- Project and Go Live migration experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
