Job Description: Should have exp on L2/L3 production support for Snowflake and ADF platforms

Should Perform

• Incident management & root cause analysis
• Problem management and defect resolution
• Service request fulfilment

Should drive SLA/KPI adherence (response, resolution, availability)

Should have good technology exp (Snowflake and ADF).

Should be flexible on availability.
