Contractors are brought in to build Kubernetes clusters from scratch, to migrate applications from virtual machine or bare-metal environments to Kubernetes, to implement GitOps-based deployment pipelines, to optimise existing Kubernetes environments for performance and cost, or to provide specialist Kubernetes expertise within a platform team that is building a production-grade container platform.
