Summary: The role of a Kronos/Ukg Functional Consultant involves collaborating with stakeholders to interpret requirements for AutoTime, conducting impact analysis after system upgrades, and ensuring compatibility with the latest version. The consultant will also provide operational support, create queries for data analysis, and suggest improvements in business processes. This position is remote and is offered on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and interpret requirements for AutoTime
- Impact analysis of existing interfaces developed on AutoTime 1.9.4 with SAP ECC6 EhP 7 after upgrading to Kronos Autotime 2.0.1
- Understanding the existing Autotime configuration, identify the business gaps, document and remediate accordingly to make compatible on Autotime 2.X version
- Testing the interfaces between Autotime 2.X and ECC 6EhP 7, coordinating with SAP & Middle teams
- Providing day to day operational support and resolving issues in coordination with the team
- Creating adhoc queries and scripts to analyse data and support operational requests
- Presenting alternatives for requirements and solution design suggesting improvements in business processes
- Having manufacturing process knowledge to capture the time booking on shop floor
Key Skills:
- Experience with Kronos AutoTime and SAP ECC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and understand business needs
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
