Kronos Functional Consultant-WFM - (only PR/USC)

Summary: The role of Kronos Functional Consultant-WFM focuses on providing expertise in the Kronos (UKG) timekeeping module, ensuring effective configuration and compliance workflows. The consultant will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting system testing, and supporting HR and Payroll processes related to time and attendance. This position is contract to hire and is fully remote, catering to candidates in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on timekeeping module.
• Deep understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, and compliance workflows in Kronos Dimensions.
• Experience in UKG - Central, UKG - Ready.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solutions.
• Experience in end-to-end testing, troubleshooting in Kronos.
• Conduct system testing and UAT coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes as they relate to time and attendance.
• Familiarity with the Kronos Activity Module and its use in labor tracking, cost allocation, or project time reporting.
• Experience working with workforce data and reporting/analytics within Kronos.
• Exposure to complex, multi-site or unionized US environments with varying award/enterprise agreement interpretations.
• Project experience in system upgrades, new site rollouts, or global Kronos deployments.
• Experience in UKG Ready is an advantage.
