Kode.ai Expert

For one of our key clients, we are looking for a Kore.ai Expert to join a strategic AI initiative focused on the evolution of virtual assistant platform. This role will play a key part in the development and training of conversational AI solutions, working with LLMs, prompting techniques, AI architectures, and microservices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize virtual assistants and conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai
• Train and improve bots through advanced prompting and LLM capabilities
• Participate in the definition and implementation of AI solution architectures
• Collaborate in the development of microservices supporting AI-driven applications
• Ensure continuous improvement of conversational experiences and platform performance
• Work closely with AI and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative solutions
• Contribute to strategic initiatives related to Generative AI and conversational platforms

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Kore.ai
• Experience training bots and virtual assistants
• 1-2 years of experience working with Prompt Engineering and LLM-related functionalities
• Knowledge of Machine Learning
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools
• Understanding of AI architectures and microservices
• Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with conversational AI platforms
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proactive mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
