Summary: The Knowledge Management Program Manager is responsible for overseeing global knowledge and documentation projects, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to communicate metrics and trade-offs effectively. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on business needs and navigating uncertainties to drive creative solutions.
