Kinaxis Transformation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Transformation Manager / Enterprise Architect Manager to join a global business transformation program.

This role will play a critical part in enabling data readiness, governance, and planning transformation across multiple regions as part of a large-scale supply chain and planning modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data lake mapping and transformation activities across global regions.
• Drive data readiness and data quality initiatives to support planning and forecasting processes.
• Translate business requirements into planning data structures and objects within Kinaxis.
• Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to collect, validate, and manage data requirements.
• Leverage knowledge of SAP supply chain data objects and processes to support transformation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables across multiple markets.
• Identify, assess, and communicate risks and dependencies to program leadership.
• Support enterprise-wide planning transformation efforts and ensure alignment with target data standards.

What We’re Looking For Essential Experience

• Strong experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, or supply chain transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience working with Azure Data Lake and large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of SAP supply chain data structures and master data objects.
• Experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse or comparable planning platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple geographic regions.
• Proven project management and coordination capabilities.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Data mapping, transformation, and governance expertise.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and planning data flows.
• Ability to identify risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Working Model

• Global role supporting teams across North America, Europe, LATAM, Africa, Asia, and ANZ.
• Remote working arrangement.
• No regular travel required.
• Flexibility to support international stakeholders across different time zones when needed.

Contract Details

• Long-term contract opportunity with engagement expected through November 2027.
• Opportunity to contribute to a major global supply chain and planning transformation program.
