Summary: The Kinaxis Solution and Business Process Lead will oversee the Supply Chain sub-stream of a Business Transformation program, focusing on partner-led engagements. This role requires expertise in Kinaxis to validate solution designs, ensure quality assurance, and provide best practices. The lead will also facilitate workshops and assess harmonization and standardization opportunities within the organization. Industry experience, particularly in Pharma and Crop Science, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Kinaxis Solution and Business Process Lead for the Supply Chain sub-stream.
• Provide insights on Kinaxis capabilities and best practices as a member of the Functional Council.
• Validate solution designs and ensure quality assurance.
• Support functional decisions and assess harmonization and standardization potentials.
• Align decisions with Kinaxis long-term strategy and technology roadmap.
• Orchestrate Kinaxis product strategy workshops.
• Offer industry experience and external perspectives from other customers.
