Summary: The Kinaxis RR Consultant role involves managing supply chain planning solutions using the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform. The consultant will be responsible for updating metadata, resolving issues, and supporting the creation of JSON files for bulk uploads. The position requires extensive experience in supply chain processes and hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RR. The role is remote with an expectation of onsite presence in San Jose, CA from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update metadata as per Trix
  • Fix issues in metadata updates
  • Make changes / corrections as per comments
  • Resolving complex trix and finding the right metadata structures
  • Update Hoop / Doop for new metadata
  • Update the changes in configuration
  • Support the JSON file creation for bulk upload
  • Upload weekly contacts volumes for Chat & Phone
  • Work on Social forecasting design and development

Key Skills:

  • Experience in managing through design, development, integration, and testing phases with thorough knowledge of supply chain processes
  • A hands-on role, end-to-end supply chain planning solution using the Kinaxis RR platform
  • Design and deploy latest technology like advanced analytics, AI, machine learning to advance Supply Chain and solve complex challenges
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, with 4+ years in Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Strong functional and RR analytics knowledge in Demand Planning, Supply & Production Planning, Inventory optimization, Constrained Planning, S&OP
  • Good understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response data management, data modeling, key control settings and analytics
  • Hands-on experience maintaining Kinaxis Solutions & Environments and configuring Workbooks, Worksheets, Reports, Forms and Scripts in Rapid Response
  • Good knowledge in Kinaxis RR integration with SAP
  • Domain knowledge in Retail/Wholesale Retail/Manufacturing preferred
  • Excellent Business Process knowledge with strong people skills
  • Prior experience with similar planning applications like SAP IBP, o9, Blue Yonder is a plus
  • UG or PG in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications: Kinaxis Rapid Response Author Level 3 / Solution Consultant Level 3 preferred

-Demonstrate excellent Business Process knowledge with strong people skills to implement Kinaxis for new and existing businesses and from a Support and Sustenance standpoint.
