Summary: The Kinaxis Rapid Response Integration Consultant role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Kinaxis Rapid Response and various enterprise systems. The position requires managing data flows between ERP systems and the Kinaxis Maestro Application while serving as the primary technical contact for integration-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Kinaxis Rapid Response and other enterprise systems.
- Manage Inbound and outbound between ERP systems and Kinaxis Maestro Application.
- Serve as the primary technical and functional point of contact for Kinaxis Rapid Response integrations, focusing on data sources and mapping.
- Configure integration jobs using ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Snowflake (SQL Coding experience is a plus).
- Handle integration management tasks, including major/minor realignments, full/partial loads, data provider changes, and ad-hoc data loads.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data flow between systems, performing fit-gap analysis and managing data dependencies.
- Work on overall integration architecture, including interfaces, connections, imports, and exports.
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration issues, coordinating with support teams as needed.
- Document integration processes, configurations, and any changes made to the system.
- Stay updated on the latest Kinaxis Rapid Response features and integration best practices.
