Summary: The Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant role involves supporting clients in the design and implementation of supply chain processes, leading various project activities, and providing solutions to current challenges. The consultant will conduct workshops, gather requirements, and monitor automation chains within client environments. This position requires a strong background in supply chain management and expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response. The role is remote and focuses on enhancing business processes through effective consulting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support client in design, development, testing of new business process in supply chain implementation / enhancement projects.
- To lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities.
- To understand current challenges in AS-IS process and propose rapid response solutions based on business requirement.
- To conduct client workshops & involve in user story collection, requirement gathering.
- To monitor rapid response automation chains, schedule tasks, and alerts on daily basis in client environments etc.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role, preferably with expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Min 3 or more years of experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e. operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization
- Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets
