Kinaxis Architect / Kinaxis Solution Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and technical design of Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Kinaxis solutions.
• Design and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse applications, data models, worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and workflows.
• Provide architecture guidance across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP/IBP, and Production Planning.
• Design integrations between Kinaxis and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, MES, and other third-party systems.
• Define integration architecture using APIs, REST services, XML/JSON, and file-based interfaces.
• Lead technical discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct solution design reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
• Identify and resolve performance, data, integration, and configuration issues.
• Guide Kinaxis developers and technical team members on best practices.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, and post-production stabilization.
• Create technical architecture documents, solution designs, data flows, and integration specifications.
• Evaluate existing Kinaxis implementations and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, estimation, and technical presentations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, Supply Chain Technology, or related areas.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Strong experience as a Kinaxis Solution/Technical Architect.
• Expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration, Authoring, data modeling, worksheets, dashboards, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
• Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP/IBP, and Production Planning.
• Strong experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP/ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, XML/JSON, SQL, and enterprise data integration.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, technical design, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kinaxis RapidResponse certification.
• Experience with large-scale Kinaxis implementations or supply chain transformation programs.
• SAP supply chain integration experience.
• Experience with SAP APO, IBP, ECC, or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern integration platforms.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
