Kinaxis APS Project Manager

Summary: The role of Kinaxis APS Project Manager involves leading the implementation of the Kinaxis Advanced Planning System, ensuring a seamless transition from the current project manager and overseeing the project through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to go-live. The project is complex, involving global supply chain planning and compliance with export control regulations and cyber security. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring progress, managing risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. This position is remote and requires expertise in project and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless transition and handover from the current project manager.
• Lead the project through UAT in June, to go-live and hypercare in Sept/Oct/Nov.
• Monitor project progress, identified risks, and implemented mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and facilitate steering committee meetings to ensure project alignment with goals.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.
