Summary: The Key Account Manager at JSBC Labs Ltd. will serve as the primary contact for strategic clients, focusing on enhancing their Salesforce experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow key client relationships within the Salesforce space

  • Spot growth opportunities, upsell additional services, and manage renewals
  • Track performance metrics and report on account health
