Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Workday Finance.
- Understanding of database structures, data relationships, and system architecture concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Workday Certification required at hire or ability to obtain certification within six months of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience supporting ERP systems and/or database management.
- 1+ year of project management experience.
- Experience supporting Workday Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
- Experience with system integrations, reporting, and business process configuration.
- Exposure to healthcare, enterprise finance, or large-scale ERP environments.
- Experience supporting Workday release management and testing activities.
