Summary: The Junior Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives across multiple teams. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach to managing project logistics, resource tracking, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in day-to-day project execution, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining timelines.
  • Build and manage detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly status reports outlining progress, risks, issues, and upcoming activities.
  • Maintain action logs, follow up with owners, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in resource forecasting, budget tracking, and financial updates in Clarity (or similar PPM tools).
  • Update project forecasts, actuals, and allocations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and generate reports for portfolio reviews.
  • Support onboarding processes, SOW/PO tracking, deliverable monitoring, and coordination with vendors.
  • Maintain project documentation including minutes, project plans, risks/issues, and project artifacts.
  • Facilitate communication among technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Assist in improving project management standards, templates, and tools.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years in project coordination, PMO support, or similar role within technical or digital environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Hands-on experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
  • Familiarity with portfolio tools such as Clarity.
