Summary: The Junior QA Tester (Salesforce) role involves supporting a Salesforce transformation programme by ensuring high-quality releases and stable functionality across the platform. The position requires collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to execute testing activities, including regression and smoke testing. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of multiple Salesforce workstreams.
- Prepare test scenarios and execute regression and smoke testing.
- Raise defects and contribute to key quality gates ahead of go-live.
- Assist in UAT cycles and prepare training materials.
- Support end users as new features are rolled out.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (any cloud).
- Exposure to regression testing and smoke testing.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience supporting UAT cycles.
- Ability to assist in training and supporting end users.
- Basic requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

As a Junior QA Tester, you will work closely with project teams, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to support testing activities across new Salesforce features and enhancements. You will assist in preparing test scenarios, executing regression and smoke testing, raising defects, and contributing to key quality gates ahead of go-live.
This role is ideal for someone who has already gained exposure to Salesforce testing and is eager to grow their testing career within a dynamic, transformation-focused environment.
