Summary: The role of Junior Product/Business Analyst involves gathering and documenting automation solutions for fulfillment and distribution centers while leading design conversations and ensuring detailed requirements are captured. The position requires effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with business partners, engineering teams, and vendors. The analyst will also handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and may require travel within the US. This is a long-term remote position with a focus on collaboration and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information and document automation solutions for fulfillment and distribution centers.
- Lead conversations through design of these solutions (may include picking technologies, MHE, or other warehouse technologies).
- Ensure detailed requirements are captured to ensure alignment and reduce rework.
- Develop strong working relationships with Business partners, Engineering, and Vendors.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
