Summary: This role is for a Junior Level Power BI professional with a focus on AI and Python, primarily working remotely. The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards, integrating AI features, and collaborating with finance teams to meet business needs. The position requires expertise in Power BI, Python, and statistical modeling, along with strong communication skills for training purposes. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports using multiple data sources
- Implement robust data models and create measures to handle non-standard data scenarios
- Integrate AI features within Power BI for predictive insights and advanced analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Ensure solutions are simplified, maintainable, and well-documented for future updates
- Apply time series analysis and other advanced techniques where needed
- Present and explain technical work in clear, non-technical language
- Provide technical training to Finance team for our professional development

Education & Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

2+ years of experience in BI development, with at least 2 years in advanced Power BI roles
2+ years of experience in machine learning models using Python, R, etc.
Proven experience with data modeling, performance optimization, and integration of multiple data sources
Exposure to AI-driven analytics and Python-based statistical modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications
Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning concepts
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timely delivery of BI and data modeling solutions aligned with business requirements
Accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards and reports
Performance optimization and scalability of Power BI solutions
