Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise & HCM Transformation (2 Positions)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Senior IT Project Managers for two separate positions focused on Enterprise Transformation and Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation. The ideal candidates will have strong IT project management experience, Agile delivery expertise, hands-on Azure DevOps experience, and a proven track record of leading large-scale technology implementation and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology transformation, ERP implementation, or HCM/HRIS projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive Agile project execution, sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, reporting, dashboards, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional business, IT, HR, vendor, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and financials.
• Oversee requirements gathering, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
• Provide executive status reports and ensure project outcomes align with business objectives.
• Support change management, business readiness, and user adoption.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong Agile project delivery and program management experience.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) experience – Mandatory.
• Enterprise/ERP transformation experience for Position 1.
• HCM/HRIS or workforce transformation experience for Position 2.
• Strong project governance, risk management, budget management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with system integration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise Transformation: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or Utility/Energy domain experience.
• HCM Transformation: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, payroll, benefits, recruiting, or workforce management experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

These are two separate openings with different locations and domain requirements. Candidates must have hands-on Azure DevOps experience and relevant experience in the respective domain.
