  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, proactively propose solutions, and deliver independently.
  • Integrate and manage reporting outputs and metrics from Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and other AI tools.
  • Track and report on AI adoption metrics, including tool overlaps, usage trends, and consolidated user counts.
  • Drive data standardization and governance to ensure consistency and accuracy across reports.
  • Provide functional leadership to reporting teams, guiding best practices and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of Power BI experience: Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, performance optimization.
  • 2+ years of AI Tool Integration experience: Familiarity with tools like Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and other Gen AI platforms.
  • 3+ years of Data Strategy & Governance experience: Ability to unify disparate reporting sources.
  • 8+ years of Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and business analysis skills.
  • 6+ years of Functional Leadership: Ability to lead reporting initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
