Job Opportunity for Google Cloud Platform Data Lead

Summary: The Google Cloud Platform Data Lead role requires a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in Big Query, SQL, and ETL processes. The position is remote and focuses on leveraging Google Cloud Platform services for data management and migration. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot issues. Proficiency in Git workflows and experience in agile environments are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• 10+ year of Strong IT Industry experience in Big Query, SQL
• Strong experience in ETL with Data migration
• Master Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform and related data services
• Hands-on experience in services Cloud dataflow, Cloud Pub-Sub, Big Query, Cloud Storage, Cloud Dataflow, Google Composer etc.
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Understanding of fundamentals of Git and Git workflows. Must have used at least one of the SAAS-based Git tools like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
• Experience of working in agile application development environment
• Ability to proactively prioritize tasks in consultation with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Product Managers
• Troubleshoot issues and perform administrative tasks like setting up projects, users, authorizations, Migrations and job scheduling.
• Write, test programs using Unix Shell scripting, oracle PL/SQL programming ; Perform unit testing
• Managing support services and change management using ServiceNow application
• Good to have: Basics of Python or Java.
