Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for:
- APIs and integration specifications
- System workflows and data flow diagrams
- Product development and release processes
- Technical onboarding and operational runbooks
- Interview subject matter experts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate technical concepts into structured documentation.
- Document end-to-end integrations and data flows across systems and enterprise platforms.
- Organize and maintain an accessible knowledge base to ensure consistency and version control.
- Support ongoing projects by delivering just-in-time documentation aligned with product roadmaps and system enhancements.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or membership-based organizations.
- Demonstrated experience documenting APIs, integrations, and system architectures.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, LMS (e.g., Thought Industries), HubSpot, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn complex systems and explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
