Summary: The Jira Technical Architect will lead the architecture and strategic evolution of the Atlassian platform, including Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Atlassian platform architecture, standards, and technical roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor the Senior Jira / Confluence Administrator and Senior JSM Administrator roles.
  • Define standards for workflows, permissions, automation, integrations, governance, and platform supportability.
  • Support both Agile and ITSM use cases across Jira, Confluence, and JSM.
  • Guide migrations, modernization efforts, and platform simplification initiatives.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
