Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage advanced Jira reporting dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams
- Write and optimise JQL queries to extract meaningful insights
- Configure and customise Jira (not just day-to-day usage)
- Build and enhance Confluence dashboards, including customisation of Jira chart plugins
- Support Agile teams with reporting and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Jira reporting and configuration
- Strong expertise in JQL, dashboards, and analytics
- Advanced Confluence dashboard and reporting capabilities
- Experience customising Jira plugins (especially chart/reporting tools)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Scrum Master experience is highly desirable

The RoleAs a Jira Reporting Specialist, you'll play a key role in enhancing reporting capabilities, improving visibility for leadership teams, and optimising Jira and Confluence usage across projects.
