Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Jira and Confluence, addressing user-reported issues, permissions, and configurations.
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries via Slack and other platforms.
  • Create and maintain internal and customer-facing technical documentation.
  • Guide and support customer implementation projects and enhancement requests.
  • Deliver ad-hoc learning content to promote customer self-sufficiency.
  • Assist with Jira board configurations and JQL tuning.
  • Troubleshoot access, permissions, and integration issues.
  • Install, test, and implement new versions of Atlassian tools and apps.
  • Ensure reliability, security, and performance of the Atlassian suite.
  • Create and manage complex Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Jira and Confluence systems.
  • Automate Jira functionality using scripts.

We are seeking an experienced Jira and Confluence Administrator and customer advocate to help guide our team in their journey towards becoming a world-class engineering organization. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our Atlassian ecosystem, supporting both on-premise and cloud environments.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in JQL, REST APIs, and automation tools.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Groovy.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and Jira add-on development.
