Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage Jira projects, boards, workflows, screens, custom fields, permissions, and automation rules.
- Ensure accurate configuration and consistent use of Jira for capturing stories, bugs, epics, and tasks related to the provider enrollment product.
- Create, customize, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor detailed product development progress.
- Analyze Jira data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and delivery risks.
- Provide reports and dashboards along with related Jira training to managers.
- Monitor and report on defect status and aging to ensure timely resolution.
- Confirm defects trace to requirements and ensure Jira is being used for all requirements and defect tracking.
- Support requirements traceability and ensure alignment between stories, epics, and larger product objectives.
- Ensure proper assignment of tasks and adherence to defined workflows.
- Validate that work items are being properly updated and transitioned throughout their lifecycle.
- Proactively monitor Jira data to identify anomalies or indicators of project risk.
