Summary: The JDE EnterpriseOne Developer role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The position requires translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing ongoing system support. The developer will also mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective integration and data integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain custom applications, modules, and interfaces within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions aligned with best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the JDE landscape.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor JDE system performance and implement proactive solutions for reliability.
- Conduct root-cause analyses for application errors and develop fixes or enhancements.
- Design and maintain integrations between JDE and other enterprise systems (CRM, EDI, data analytics tools).
- Ensure data integrity through effective database design and SQL query optimization.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and uphold coding standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide JDE expertise.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to project planning and resource allocation.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development.
- Expert proficiency with JD Edwards toolset (OMW, FDA, RDA, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with C, C++, Java, or RPG.
- Experience developing Business Functions, NER, BSFN, and UBE.
- Strong knowledge of JD Edwards modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with integration protocols (EDI, XML, REST, SOAP) and JDE Orchestrator or CafeOne (preferred).
- System support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring experience within JDE EnterpriseOne.
- Proven track record of leadership and mentoring within technical teams.

Day to Day:
- Split Between customer support and development
- Daily Standup at 10am
- Sprint Duration is 2 weeks
- SAFe Agile Team
- Current Team: 2 JDE Developers, full team is 8 people (all work remotely)

- Software: JDE EnterpriseOne version 9.2
- Industry Experience: Open to candidates from any industry
