Summary: The JD Edwards - Oracle Project Manager role involves leading the end-to-end project lifecycle for Oracle JD Edwards projects, ensuring technical delivery and alignment with business objectives. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and vendors, as well as oversight of project governance and risk management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the JD Edwards ecosystem and will provide leadership to project teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for Oracle JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne/World) projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage technical delivery across development, integration, migration, and customization of JDE applications.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
- Oversee JDE CNC administration, technical architecture, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Oracle, vendors, and third-party partners for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project team members.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project/Program Management.
- Strong background in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne / World (Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain modules).
- Proven experience in JDE upgrades, CNC administration, integrations, and technical customizations.
- Solid understanding of Oracle database, middleware, and infrastructure.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred).
