The Role
Deep, demonstrable expertise in Angular
Solid, practical experience with NgRx is essential
Working within a small team where architecture is led collaboratively by the lead developer rather than dictated top-down
Contributing to a platform that's actively evolving — including some modernisation of legacy code, supported by AI tools to speed up delivery and manage tech debt
Writing your own automated tests — there's no dedicated QA function, so ownership of quality sits with the developers
Working to an agreed technical direction and staying aligned with the team once that direction is set
What We're Looking For
A specialist-level Angular developer who can work independently and hit the ground running
Experience working with AI-assisted development and workflow tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), including solid prompt engineering skills
Someone comfortable working in a small team environment with a collaborative, non-hierarchical approach to technical decisions
Strong communication skills — this matters as much as technical ability
