Key Responsibilities:

  • Create architectural designs and lead architectural design for enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with enterprise and clinical architecture teams to ensure alignment.
  • Work with the product teams (owners, managers) to understand the capabilities being requested and translate them to architectural/technical designs.
  • Guide technical leads and engineers across multiple projects.
  • Act as the senior architect on major initiatives, including clinical programs.
  • Provide architectural oversight and hands-on support throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect).
  • Strong experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript).
  • Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real time, near real time, multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements.
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience.
  • 5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, Redis and any relevant database experience.
  • 5+ years in cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform/AWS), microservices, and API design.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.
