Summary: We are seeking a Java Full Stack Tech Lead with expertise in ReactJS and experience in the Telecom domain to oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications. This role involves hands-on development alongside technical leadership, architecture oversight, and collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end design and development of Java Full Stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Guide and mentor developers; perform code reviews and ensure quality compliance
- Translate business and telecom requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive API design, system integration, and performance optimisation
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications
- Support production releases, defect resolution, and continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Strong hands on experience in Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
- Front end expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong understanding of system design and distributed architecture
