Senior Java Developer (W2 Hourly Only)

Prominent is hiring a REMOTE Senior Java Developer to build and enhance enterprise applications supporting critical systems in our clients collaborative Agile environment.
- No visa sponsorship (current or future)
- Must work W2 Hourly directly on Prominents payroll (no C2C / 1099)
What Youll Do:
- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications
- Create REST APIs and modernize legacy systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support production systems and resolve issues
What You Bring:
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Solid understanding of OOP, SDLC, Agile
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript
- Healthcare domain experience using HL7 is preferred
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems a plus
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps / CI-CD preferred
