Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Java development and troubleshooting experience, including application log analysis.
- Experience supporting production or test-environment incidents and collaborating with development, QA, and functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise applications.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting Health and Human Services eligibility and enrollment systems, particularly SNAP, TANF, or Child Care programs.
- Familiarity with eligibility determination, benefit calculations, APIs, interfaces, databases/SQL, and incident-management tools such as Jira.
