Summary: The role is for an experienced Java Developer on a 3-month fully remote contract, classified as outside IR35. The position requires proficiency in Java and familiarity with additional programming languages, as well as experience in building scalable back-end systems. The successful candidate will be expected to start on January 6th, following interviews scheduled for the upcoming week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Java and other programming languages like Scala or Groovy.
- Utilize SpringBoot for creating RESTful web services.
- Design and maintain serverless architectures using AWS Lambda.
- Build highly-scalable back-end systems capable of handling large volumes of traffic.
- Work with data or hardware as needed.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in Java and other programming languages (Scala, Groovy).
- Experience with SpringBoot.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture.
- Ability to design serverless architectures using Lambda.
- Strong skills in building scalable back-end systems.
- Experience with data or hardware is beneficial.
Salary (Rate): £500/day
