Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between Japanese business users and offshore automation teams.
• Gather feedback and clarify testing scenarios directly with business users.
• Review, validate, and document test scripts and business requirements.
• Translate business requirements and testing feedback between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking teams.
• Support SAP testing, QA, UAT, or test automation initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions across global teams.
• Drive testing activities independently in a client-facing environment.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of core SAP and S/4HANA (SCM, P2P, OTC, etc.).

Suitable candidates will have the following:

• Strong understanding of core SAP and S/4HANA (SCM, P2P, OTC, etc.)

• Experience reviewing, validating, and documenting test scripts and business requirements

• Ability to work directly with business users to gather feedback and clarify testing scenarios

• Ability to translate business requirements, testing feedback, and process documentation between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking automation teams

• Experience supporting SAP testing, QA, UAT, or test automation initiatives

• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions across global teams

• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment and drive testing activities forward
