Summary: The IVR Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design and deployment of IVR and chatbot solutions, utilizing various technologies including NICE CXone and Genesys Cloud. This role involves architecting full-stack solutions and implementing AI/NLP features while mentoring engineers and ensuring code quality. The position is remote and requires collaboration across functions to meet security and business requirements. The contract duration is expected to be 12 months or longer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and deployment of IVR and chatbot solutions using NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Dialogflow, and LLMs.
- Architect full-stack solutions with Python, Java, Node.js, and frontend frameworks like React/Angular.
- Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and backend services with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Implement AI/NLP features for intent recognition, dynamic FAQs, summarization, and voice/chat automation.
- Mentor engineers, review architecture, and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet HIPAA/security requirements and align with business needs.
Key Skills:
- Experience with IVR and chatbot solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, and frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Understanding of AI/NLP technologies.
