Ivanti Neurons Administrator/Engineer

Summary: The Ivanti Neurons Administrator/Engineer is responsible for the hands-on administration and configuration of the Ivanti Neurons platform, including ITSM, ITAM, and related implementations. The role involves documenting business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing training and guidance on best practices. The position requires extensive experience with Ivanti Neurons and integration with various SaaS platforms. The candidate must also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on administration/configuration of Ivanti Neurons ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence and Discovery implementation
• Document business requirements for Ivanti Neurons implementation
• Design, implement and configure Ivanti Neurons platform including but not limited to incident management, change management, service requests, asset management, software/contract management, configuration management, service management, discovery and reporting
• Complete assignments in a multi-environment setting i.e., stage, testing, dev, production
• Efficiently work on all daily activities regarding assigned ITSM task and initiatives
• Provide guidance on best practices related to Ivanti Neurons platform implementation as well as ITIL and ITAM processes and procedures
• Integrate and automate Ivanti Neurons with multiple SAAS platforms for data import/export, task automation, etc. using various methods such as .CSV import/exports, Connectors, Web Hooks, Scripting, etc.
• Provide training to Tailored Brands Ivanti administrators and users as needed

Key Skills:

• 5 years and expert level experience administration of Ivanti Neurons ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence and Discovery.
• 5 years and expert level experience configuring integrations using various methods in Ivanti Neurons (Web Hooks, API, CSV)
• Extensive knowledge of best practices for Service Management, Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management
• 3 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, business requirements and solution diagrams
• Hands on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency and effectiveness
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently to prioritize and execute tasks
• Ivanti administration certifications for ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence and Discovery (some required)
• Candidates must have experience with integrating Ivanti with Sailpoint.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
