Summary: The ITSM ServiceNow Project Manager will oversee the implementation of an ITSM-focused ServiceNow platform, replacing Remedy and consolidating IT and network operations. The role requires expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes, as well as solid project management skills to manage an in-flight program effectively. Key Responsibilities:
