Summary: The ITSM ServiceNow Project Manager will oversee the implementation of an ITSM-focused ServiceNow platform, replacing Remedy and consolidating IT and network operations. The role requires expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes, as well as solid project management skills to manage an in-flight program effectively. The candidate must be capable of assessing the current state of the project and rebaselining it without starting from scratch. Strong soft skills are also essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ITSM-focused ServiceNow implementation replacing Remedy, consolidating IT and network into one instance.
- Manage modules in scope: Change, Problem, Event Management, native AI capabilities, and Knowledge.
- Utilize ServiceNow platform knowledge, specifically ITSM and ITIL-based processes.
- Develop detailed project plans, organize tasks, create WBS, and schedule effectively.
- Familiarity with change management tooling and OCM methodology.
