ITSM Project Manager - Halo ITSM

We require an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the final stages of a Halo ITSM implementation. The project is already underway and requires an experienced delivery professional to stabilise the programme, manage stakeholders, oversee UAT, defect resolution, cutover and successful go live.

Previous experience delivering Halo ITSM implementations is highly desirable, although candidates with strong ServiceNow, Cherwell or other ITSM implementation experience who have worked on Halo projects will also be considered.

Experience recovering challenged technology implementations is essential.
