Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the ITSM platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional ITSM workflows.
- Manage and maintain ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
- Utilize strong experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and proficiency in scripting for automation and customization.
- Implement API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP) as needed.
- Ensure a solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Oversee CMDB, asset management, and service catalog setup.
