Summary: The role of ITSM Consultant involves providing expertise in the BMC Helix platform, requiring candidates to have strong hands-on experience and the ability to work directly within the platform. The position is remote and open to candidates from Canada and the USA. The consultant will also need to demonstrate strategic thinking and strong communication skills while engaging with clients confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with the current BMC Helix platform
• Not just prior BMC experience, we need someone who is a true Helix power user
• Technical enough to understand and work within the platform directly
• Strategic enough to help guide recommendations and improvements
• Strong communication skills and client-facing presence
• Able to be put in front of customers with confidence
• Does not need to be extremely senior, but must be hands-on, polished, and current with Helix
