- AWS Service Graph Connector configuration, tuning, and AWS-to-ServiceNow integration
- ServiceNow ITOM implementation and technical consulting
- Health Log Analytics (HLA)
- Agent Client Collector (ACC)
- Discovery for containers & ephemeral infrastructure
- AWS Lambda and serverless architecture
- Experience integrating multiple monitoring/event sources with ServiceNow
- Strong troubleshooting, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment experience
Mandatory Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
- Minimum 2 CIS certifications
