Summary: The ITOM Technical Consultant role focuses on implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions, specifically in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow ITOM solutions
  • Ensuring CMDB data quality, governance, and operational excellence
  • Implementing CSDM-aligned CMDB solutions
  • Developing automated processes for CMDB population and maintenance
  • Creating and validating Service Maps
  • Leading customer discussions and workshops on Discovery and Service Mapping
  • Developing custom Discovery Patterns, Probes, and Sensors
  • Collaborating with infrastructure teams, architects, and application SMEs
  • Providing technical expertise on IT Operations and Configuration Management Database

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions while ensuring CMDB data quality, governance, and operational excellence.
