Summary: The Change Management Coordinator for Digital Workplace initiatives will be responsible for coordinating change management activities, ensuring alignment with global strategies, and delivering effective change management procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to end users. The position is fully remote and aims to drive impactful change in a digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate change management activities across Digital Workplace projects.
- Ensure alignment with global change planning and strategies.
- Define and implement change management procedures (governance, status meetings, templates, KPIs, etc.).
- Collect and structure business needs to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Review and/or create change management deliverables.
- Support Project Managers (PMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in their change activities.
- Simplify technical content to ensure clear communication with end users.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Change Management, Communication, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Familiarity with Digital Workplace tools and projects.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
